FANTOMAS (1948)

This ultra rare, original, 2-fogli poster was printed in Italy to promote the film’s first theatrical release in 1948. It has bright colour, a clean overall appearance, and displays in fine condition. As a working poster it has its own story to tell, and may have light edge and fold wear, small tears, pinholes, minute fold separation, slight creases, toning, or minor smudges and stains. There are tax and ink stamps in the image and lower border which adds to the character and authenticity. There is an unknown artist's signature in black ink near the left lower border. On the verso there are several unobtrusive writings which adds to story of this artwork. Would look fantastic framed as is. It's possibly the only example of this poster in existence.
